For more than 20 years Hersa International has had a strong presence in Italian and International tourism and today proposes innovative solutions for holidays and a new way of investing: real estate tourism. Hersa International has concentrated its development strategy in investments and marketing in the real estate sector, residences and hotels. Its philosophy is that of constructing residential tourist complexes, using the formula of villas, selling the properties and at the same time coordinating the marketing of these properties on behalf of the owners taking advantage of the seasons and giving excellent productive margins and reciprocal profits.

In the "destinations" section you can find the proposals for renting and the sale of exclusive villas and appartments in some of the most charming places in the world. The Holding, of which Hersa International is part of, has in fact offices in various countries and the real estate moves in three directions: Brazil, Italy and Greece.

In Brazil, where we have been well known for years, Hersa International has, in one of the most exclusive residences in Ipanema the Country Flat in Rio de Janeiro, some luxurious apartments of 80 - 120 sq mts and also in Minas Gerais, the Hotel Fazenda Sao Domingo (a luxurious country farm): a hotel with 20 suites in a real Brazilian "fazenda", in 30 acres of grounds with over 100,000 coffee plants. As well as the 20 suites the hotel offers its guests restaurants, stables, tennis courts and a swimming pool.

In Europe our entrepreneurial efforts are concentrated on Ulysse Residence Club, a residential structure in Greece in the bay of Sivota on the Island of Lefkada where, because of the mild climate, you can have a holiday all year round and in Toscana/Italy in an old hamlet completly restored.
